Account Manager Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Account Manager to help achieve set goals and that will help drive business opportunities.
Job Description

This position is a key role within a growing organization. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as creating business opportunities based on the products. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and account management, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who is proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to build long-term trust and credibility with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Be a point of contact with merchants and proactively build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales and account management strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify business opportunities with merchants through regular communication and meetings.
  • Provide support to clients throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Eager to learn about the landscape as well as specific software products.
  • Fluency in Papiamentu, English, and Dutch (Spanish is a bonus).
