Accounting and Office Senior Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Office Senior Assistant to provide support across both finance and administrative functions. This dual-role position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working with numbers, managing office operations, and contributing to an efficient and well-organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Manage petty cash and travel expense reporting
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards
  • Analyze accounting information and support financial reporting

Office Administration

  • Manage office correspondence, filing, and document administration
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Assist with visitor administration and general office support
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
  • Support day-to-day office management activities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks
  • Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficient office operations
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage
  • Knowledge of month-end closing procedures
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
