We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Office Senior Assistant to provide support across both finance and administrative functions. This dual-role position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working with numbers, managing office operations, and contributing to an efficient and well-organized work environment.
Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Manage petty cash and travel expense reporting
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards
Analyze accounting information and support financial reporting
Office Administration
Manage office correspondence, filing, and document administration
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Assist with visitor administration and general office support
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
Support day-to-day office management activities
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks
Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately
Contribute to process improvements and efficient office operations
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounting software is an advantage
Knowledge of month-end closing procedures
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
