We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to oversee and manage key administrative functions within an organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing invoices, maintaining accurate records, handling collections, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to support efficient business processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain updated records.
Liaise with clients to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Oversee daily administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, and document management.
Coordinate with internal departments to support administrative and operational needs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain precise and organized financial and administrative records.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned, including client communication and relationship support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or accounts-related role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting or invoicing software.
Experience with CRM or accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, or similar).
Background in finance or business administration is an asset.
