We are seeking an experienced Automotive Country Manager to lead and expand our dealership operations. This role carries full business responsibility and requires strong commercial leadership to drive performance, increase market share, and build strategic stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall business performance with full P&L responsibility.
Oversee dealership operations across sales, aftersales, logistics, and administration.
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and market share.
Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, key clients, and partners.
Represent the organization with government and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Report on performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
8–15 years of experience in automotive, retail, or distribution sectors.
Proven leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
Strong experience working with financial institutions and key stakeholders.
Experience engaging with government or regulatory bodies.
Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish or Dutch are an advantage).
