We are seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily dealership operations. This role is key to ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a high-quality customer experience across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across sales, aftersales, logistics, and administration.
Drive operational efficiency and cost control.
Manage inventory, vehicle flow, and stock levels.
Monitor KPIs and improve overall performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and OEM partners.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Lead, coach, and develop operational teams.
Enhance customer experience and service quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in automotive or retail operations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
