Cargo Customer Service

We are looking for a customer-focused and reliable Cargo Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will ensure freight moves safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent support to clients. The position involves working closely with customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and helping deliver a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and timely customer service to cargo clients.
  • Ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide shipment updates.
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse staff to guarantee smooth cargo flow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Support customers with booking, tracking, and after-service assistance.

Requirements:
