We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager (Hospitality) to own and grow a portfolio of horeca clients. You will build long-term partnerships, use sales data to identify growth opportunities, and drive results through excellent service, smart account planning, and consistent follow-through.
Main responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing hospitality accounts (field-based several days per week).
Advise clients on product assortment, menu optimization, food trends, and quality decisions.
Identify and act on commercial opportunities using KPI dashboards, order patterns, and on-site observations.
Acquire new hospitality clients through trust-based relationship building and value delivery.
Proactively coordinate with internal teams to deliver prompt and high-quality resolution of client matters.
Prepare customer visits and sales actions using data insights (office-based part of the week).
Maintain accurate administration: account plans, reporting, visit notes, proposals, agreements, and action plans.
Align with inside sales and marketing to execute campaigns and commercial initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor-level working and thinking ability (commercial/business preferred).
Experience in hospitality, foodservice, FMCG, or a commercial B2B sales role (horeca/retail is a plus).
Strong ability to work data-driven: track performance and translate insights into actions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Structured, dependable, and accountable with strong follow-up habits.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced market.
