Collections Adjustor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Collections Adjustor to take a proactive role in managing and recovering retail lending accounts while preserving strong customer relationships. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills who can effectively engage with customers to reach sustainable repayment solutions and reduce financial risk. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and resilience, with the ability to handle sensitive situations confidently while collaborating effectively with internal departments. A strong customer focus combined with a goal-oriented mindset is essential to successfully achieve recovery targets and maintain portfolio quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage overdue retail lending accounts starting from early delinquency stages.
  • Contact customers to negotiate repayments or structured payment arrangements.
  • Analyze customer financial situations and recommend restructuring, consolidation, or legal action when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
  • Prepare formal correspondence and collection notices.
  • Escalate high-risk or complex cases when required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain portfolio quality and prevent further delinquency roll-over.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • Basic banking knowledge and relevant professional training.
  • 3–5 years of experience in banking or customer handling (collection experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of retail lending products.
  • Experience working with internal systems and databases.
