As they continue to expand, they are looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Manager who wants to be part of this growth journey and actively contribute to shaping the next phase of their organization. You will lead the sales team, oversee commercial performance, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Actively manage the entire sales process from A to Z.
Advise clients, follow up on quotations, and successfully close deals.
Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities in the market.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Build and maintain sustainable, long-term customer relationships.
Monitor sales performance and report results to management.
Optimize internal workflows within the sales team.
Work with systems and software to ensure efficient customer and process management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s level of thinking and working (HBO or equivalent).
Proven experience in a managerial sales role.
A strong people manager who knows how to motivate and inspire.
Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus and commercial insight.
Structured working style with attention to quality.
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Good command of Dutch, English. (Papiamentu is een Pre)
