Contracting Officer

We are looking for a structured and proactive Contracting Officer who can effectively manage procurement and contracting processes from preparation to execution. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with commercial insight to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective contracting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage procurement and contracting processes.
  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts and service agreements.
  • Evaluate bids, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor contract performance, progress, and deliverables.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and contract records.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Procurement, Engineering, or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or contracting.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, tendering, and contract management.
  • Understanding of regulations, compliance, and supplier management.
  • Experience with project coordination and documentation.
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills.
