We are seeking a highly accurate, service-oriented Credit Administration Assistant to support credit administration activities. The ideal candidate will prepare Credit Facility Agreements and security documents, administer loan facilities in the core system, and ensure timely, precise processing of all credit-related transactions. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality credit documentation, efficient loan administration, and professional coordination with notary offices and related stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare Credit Facility Agreements and security documents for various internal departments.
Process loan disbursements, account updates, and other related transactions in the core system.
Perform complex calculations for interest, fees, payoffs, and settlement of disputes.
Handle incoming embargoes in accordance with established procedures.
Coordinate with notary offices regarding request and release letters.
Manage mortgage-related processing and notary administration.
Maintain and update reports such as delinquency overviews, disbursed and undisbursed loan reports, and embargo reports.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor-level degree (HBO) in Business Administration or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in a similar administrative or credit-related role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Team-oriented and service-minded approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamento, with fair knowledge of Spanish.
