We are looking for a customer-focused and commercially driven professional for the position of Customer / Business Desk Officer in Bonaire. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, target-driven, and capable of managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and identifying sales opportunities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate information and tailored solutions.
Achieve agreed sales targets and identify upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Document customer interactions and contribute to service improvements.
Main Requirements:
Minimum Associate Degree in Banking & Insurance or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or service desk role.
Basic knowledge of insurance products (Life, General, Health).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu.
