For our relation we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Agent, who will be part of a motivated team at a dynamic enterprise that offers service to customers within 13 European countries. That’s why we are looking for positive and flexible team members with a creative and professional mindset who is service minded and understand that the job needs to be done at the end of the day.
As a Customer Service Agent, you are the intermediary between the customers and the service on an online platform. As the point of contact, you have the following responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with our customer concerning actual questions, issues and/or uncertainties, by phone, e-mail and chat.
- Redirect specific customer questions to the right person(s) in the process.
- Settle customer questions and/or possible complaints in the most customer friendly way.
- Contribute to team oriented tasks like planning, quality control and training.
- You are able to perform the job in English and French, which means oral as well as in writing.
- In your work you are customer oriented, motivated, independent, accurate and effective.
- You are a natural when it comes to working with computers and different sorts of software.
- You are available for at least 24 hours a week.
