Customer Service Clerk

For our relation we are looking for a customer-oriented and dynamic service representative. In this role you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Must have 3 or more years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast paced business environment.
  • Strong command of the English language both spoken and written.
  • Ability to effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and walk-in customers.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Must have a customer service attitude with the ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised.
  • Ability to work regular scheduled hours with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
  • Highest commitment to quality Customer Service and willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Able to obtain a "Certificate of Good Conduct".
