Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible to analyze data, build recurring reports, propose risks areas and/ or growth opportunities and drive campaigns to optimize sales. 
Key activities and Responsibilities

 

  • He/she is the go-to person for all analytical questions about the Mobile prepaid customer base. Passionate about insights and highly capable to display in a simple way all angles of customers, sales, usage and overall insights.
  • He/she designs and initiates targeted campaigns and works in close collaboration with the Central base management team to install automated campaigns and build the right campaign tooling.
  • He/she will also work closely with the Supervisor/Manager to steer design of the right upsell/retention/top-up offers for each of the prepaid base segments.
  • Works closely with central team to drive and install automated prepaid insights and reporting
Qualification requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent field
  • Years of experience
  • +4 years preferably in the Telecom industry 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business sense and market analysis
  • Strong commercial analyst
  • Experience in dealing with large customer base and segmentation
  • Campaign management
  • Expertise and deep knowledge of CRM systems
  • Program and project management skills
  • Residential and telecomproducts and services is a strong plus
