The Data Analyst is responsible to analyze data, build recurring reports, propose risks areas and/ or growth opportunities and drive campaigns to optimize sales.
Key activities and Responsibilities
He/she is the go-to person for all analytical questions about the Mobile prepaid customer base. Passionate about insights and highly capable to display in a simple way all angles of customers, sales, usage and overall insights.
He/she designs and initiates targeted campaigns and works in close collaboration with the Central base management team to install automated campaigns and build the right campaign tooling.
He/she will also work closely with the Supervisor/Manager to steer design of the right upsell/retention/top-up offers for each of the prepaid base segments.
Works closely with central team to drive and install automated prepaid insights and reporting
Qualification requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent field
Years of experience
+4 years preferably in the Telecom industry
Strong analytical skills
Business sense and market analysis
Strong commercial analyst
Experience in dealing with large customer base and segmentation
Campaign management
Expertise and deep knowledge of CRM systems
Program and project management skills
Residential and telecomproducts and services is a strong plus
