We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Content Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will create daily content for our social media channels, blogs, email newsletters, SEO web pages, and various marketing campaigns. You will also manage our social media platforms and take responsibility for implementing and evaluating the marketing communications strategy. Additionally, you will handle daily registrations and assist in proposing and placing candidates with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing the marketing plan.
Prepare, execute, and organize marketing campaigns and activities.
Monitor trends and developments in the marketing field.
Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website.
Create engaging content for multiple channels.
Design marketing materials such as job postings, promotional items, flyers, labels, and newsletters.
Perform supporting administrative tasks.
Design and order promotional materials and client packages.
Requirements:
Completed MBO-level education in commercial or marketing fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a similar role.
Strong interest in trends and developments in marketing.
Experience with content creation and social media management.
Knowledge of photo and video editing software.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong commercial skills and client-service orientation.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu.
