Golf retail related duties to include golf services and retail merchandise sales, tee-time and instruction reservations, guest and staff communications.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for all golf point of sales to members, hotel and other outside guests.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Assist with golf shop retail merchandising to include increasing sales, order fulfillment, daily revenue reconciliation, product updates, and customer feedback.
Assist with monthly inventory, invoice, and sales audits.
Participate in staff training.
Assist with physical inventory preparation in golf shop and stock area.
Accurately record data for golf shop retail outlet for the end of period input.
Participate in daily stand-ups with other golf shop attendants and communicate all pertinent area information with supervisor and other area supervisors.
Records guest satisfaction survey
Responsible that the facilities are clean during your shift.
Access to supplies and recommend purchases.
Requirements
MBO level education
Language skills: English, Dutch and Papiamentu
Living on the east side of the island (p'ariba) is preferred
