We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hospitality and sports environment, providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of a golf retail shop. The successful candidate will assist guests with golf services, retail sales, reservations, and general administrative duties, ensuring every guest receives a welcoming and professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about golf services, facilities, and retail merchandise.
  • Process golf round bookings, tee-time reservations, and golf lesson appointments.
  • Handle retail merchandise sales and maintain the presentation of the golf shop.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support the Golf Professional and other team members with operational tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate reservation and sales records.
  • Ensure the golf shop remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • MBO level education or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work well in a team.
  • Interest in golf or sports is considered an asset.
