We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Part-Time Golf Shop Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can provide outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of a golf retail and guest services office. The successful candidate will assist guests with golf-related services, reservations, retail sales, and administrative tasks while providing support to the Golf Professional and contributing to the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about golf services, facilities, and retail products.
Process golf round bookings, tee-time reservations, and golf lesson appointments.
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Assist with retail merchandise sales and maintain the appearance of the Pro Shop.
Support the Golf Professional with administrative and operational tasks.
Assist with social media content and basic marketing activities.
Maintain accurate booking records and guest information.
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and retail environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good communication skills in Dutch are preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administration is an advantage.
Comfortable using email, booking systems, and social media platforms.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
Own transportation is required.
