- Draft and manage various HR-related documents, including employment agreements, policy letters, and internal memos, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines.
- Take ownership of internal HR projects from planning to execution, collaborating with team members to deliver results within set timelines.
- Support the HR and onboarding team with data analysis, reporting, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in the digital transformation of HR workflows by identifying automation opportunities and supporting the implementation of digital tools.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders, offering HR-related guidance with professionalism and discretion.
- HBO-level education, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within an HR environment, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, even under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting HR legal documents, with attention to detail and compliance.
- Analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Knowledge of HR digital tools and automation techniques is a plus.
