HR Support Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional, providing high-level support to both the HR team and the Onboarding Specialist. This role requires someone with a solid HBO-level background who can operate effectively in a dynamic HR environment, contributing to both operational and strategic initiatives.

As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in streamlining internal processes, supporting key projects, and ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys a mix of administrative precision, analytical work, and process innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft and manage various HR-related documents, including employment agreements, policy letters, and internal memos, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Take ownership of internal HR projects from planning to execution, collaborating with team members to deliver results within set timelines.
  • Support the HR and onboarding team with data analysis, reporting, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in the digital transformation of HR workflows by identifying automation opportunities and supporting the implementation of digital tools.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders, offering HR-related guidance with professionalism and discretion.
Key Qualifications & Competencies:
  • HBO-level education, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within an HR environment, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, even under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting HR legal documents, with attention to detail and compliance.
  • Analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of HR digital tools and automation techniques is a plus.
