ICT Helpdesk Support

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Helpdesk Support employee to provide temporary support for daily IT operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and able to assist users efficiently with hardware, software, and basic networking issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with IT-related questions and technical issues
  • Install and configure laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and handheld devices
  • Install and troubleshoot printers
  • Support badge creation and card printing activities
  • Assist during office relocations and IT equipment setup
  • Perform basic networking tasks and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Create Wi-Fi vouchers for guests
  • Support presentation and meeting setups
  • Register and follow up on tickets in the Service Desk system
  • Deliver fast and high-quality technical support

Requirements

  • MBO+ level education in ICT
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication skills
