The Information Delivery Analyst is accountable for the analysis, design, development and testing of the Information Delivery Environment. The Information Delivery Analyst is an active participant in information delivery projects, and provides thought leadership in scoping such initiatives and in defining the approach to achieve objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in information delivery
- A solid understanding of the types of tools and of best practices in the field of Business Intelligence and Information Delivery with knowledge of key trends in this area.
- Extensive expertise in reporting tools e.g. Cognos, MS SQL.
- Expertise in logical and physical data modeling.
- Strong understanding of various forms of data base structures (e.g., normalized, star-schema, dimensional).
- Experience with agile report development.
- Excellent proven English writing skills
- Proven ability to lead projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment.
- Strong negotiating and consensus building abilities.
- Flexibility to bring to tasks both “big picture” conceptual thinking and as well as thoroughness and detail orientation.
