Inkoopcoordinator (Logistiek)

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping operations efficient by managing procurement activities, monitoring stock levels, and building strong relationships with suppliers. Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and follow up on purchase requests.
  • Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
  • Negotiate and ensure competitive pricing agreements.
  • Monitor critical procurement factors such as volume, pricing, and lead times.
  • Prepare and maintain warehouse inventory lists.
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire purchasing process from start to finish.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock data in the system.
  • Purchase and manage office supplies.
  • Report directly to management.

Requirements:

  • MBO+/HBO education level, preferably in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with procurement systems and inventory management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
