As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping operations efficient by managing procurement activities, monitoring stock levels, and building strong relationships with suppliers. Main Responsibilities:
Process and follow up on purchase requests.
Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
Negotiate and ensure competitive pricing agreements.
Monitor critical procurement factors such as volume, pricing, and lead times.
Prepare and maintain warehouse inventory lists.
Coordinate and oversee the entire purchasing process from start to finish.
Ensure optimal stock levels at all times.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock data in the system.
Purchase and manage office supplies.
Report directly to management.
Requirements:
MBO+/HBO education level, preferably in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Strong administrative and communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with procurement systems and inventory management is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
