We are looking for an Internet Investigator who is responsible for identifying and removing unauthorized online content to protect clients from financial and reputational damage. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.
Main Responsibilities:
Search the internet to detect unauthorized or illegal content.
Report and assist in removing stolen or duplicated content from online platforms.
Provide support to clients through clear and empathetic communication.
Monitor online platforms and track ongoing cases.
Work with internal tools and follow procedures to ensure accurate case handling.
Requirements:
MBO or associate degree level.
Strong command of Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Interest in online research, investigation, and problem-solving.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
