We are looking for a dedicated and proactive professional who can play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our inventory and supply chain operations. In this position, you will help ensure smooth internal processes by maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating timely deliveries, and providing essential support to procurement activities. Your strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities will contribute directly to seamless operations and excellent service to internal stakeholders. We seek someone who takes initiative, works with precision, and consistently upholds high standards of organization, accuracy, and logistical coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
Receive, record, and organize incoming stock and ensure proper placement on shelves or delivery vehicles.
Monitor inventory levels daily and identify replenishment needs to prevent shortages.
Maintain and update inventory tracking systems, including reconciliation and reporting.
Analyze product demand to anticipate supply issues and support logistical planning.
Assist in maintaining and updating item catalogs and procurement data in digital systems.
Coordinate deliveries and shipments to optimize operational efficiency.
Conduct periodic reviews, including weekly stock corrections, quarterly updates on obsolete items, and annual physical inventory checks.
Keep the storage facility clean, secure, and properly organized.
Build and sustain productive relationships with suppliers and internal clients.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and procedural standards.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and logistical skills with the ability to manage varied tasks independently.
Excellent communication abilities, including proficiency in English, Dutch, and Papiamento.
Thorough understanding of inventory processes, supply chain concepts, and internal support functions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Advanced time-management skills to meet deadlines and support high-volume service needs.
Proficiency in common software applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
Intermediate vocational education (MBO) or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in a similar inventory, stock management, or logistics role.
Experience with data tracking, reporting, and inventory system usage.
Certification in product or inventory management is considered an advantage.
