We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who will analyze processes, gather requirements, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and the ICT Network Engineer to translate data into actionable reports that support key business decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
Attend meetings to gain a clear understanding of projects and ensure alignment with business objectives and value delivery.
Propose effective solutions and oversee their successful implementation.
Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements.
Focus on clear communication, accurate data collection, and comprehensive documentation.
Develop and maintain process models and procedural documentation.
Collaborate with the ICT Network Engineer to obtain relevant reports.
Translate received data into functional business reports to support informed decision-making.
Provide support with various projects and other assigned duties.
Assist in identifying and managing business risks.
Requirements:
Minimum education: University or HBO (Bachelor Degree) in Information Technology or equivalent.
2 years of relevant work experience required
Fluent in written and oral communication of English, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
Financial Administration knowledge
Knowledge of QuickBooks.
Passion for process improvement.
Strong analytical skills.
