We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsible professional to support essential KYC (Know Your Customer) remediation activities. In this role, you will help ensure that all client information meets regulatory standards, contributing to the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of critical operational processes. Your ability to analyze data, manage documentation, and communicate effectively will play a key part in upholding a strong compliance framework and supporting risk management efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
Review and remediate client files in accordance with AML/KYC standards and internal risk methodologies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all clients flagged for remediation.
Record and track remediation activities using designated systems and provide real-time data for reporting.
Support the preparation of oversight reports and performance updates.
Develop, update, and implement client remediation documents as required.
Scan and archive physical client files into a central repository.
Prepare and execute client outreach materials and communications.
Communicate with clients through email, letters, and calls to obtain necessary information.
Update core systems based on newly received KYC information.
Conduct final validation to ensure all KYC documents comply with required standards.

Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
Minimum of two years of experience in banking operations or compliance functions.
Demonstrated knowledge of KYC processes and experience handling financial documentation.
Strong ability to manage confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
Proven capability to interpret and analyze complex data.
Additional expertise in KYC requirements and experience in a client-facing environment will be considered an asset.
