Main Responsibilities:
Report on progress and daily work activities to the supervisor.
Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose faults in civil infrastructure and buildings.
Carry out scheduled and corrective maintenance on civil infrastructure and facilities.
Accurately log and document all completed work on a daily basis.
Collaborate with supervisors on modifications, improvements, installations, and commissioning tasks.
Follow assigned daily work schedules and tasks.
Ensure efficient and effective execution of maintenance activities.
Plan and prepare work activities in accordance with instructions and priorities.
Provide support to mechanical and electrical technicians when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical degree (MTS) in Civil/Construction, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong professional integrity and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate to achieve project goals.
Ability to write clear reports and maintain accurate records.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
