Marketing and Communications Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Coordinator who can successfully bring marketing and communication strategies to life. The ideal candidate creates impactful content, manages social media channels, coordinates events, and ensures a strong and consistent brand image. The role also includes supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining public relations, and safeguarding a clear, recognizable, and engaging brand voice across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content and Brand Management
  • Creating content for social media, websites, and printed materials.
  • Ensuring that all content aligns with the organization’s brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Assisting in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Supporting advertising and promotional activities.
  • Event Support
  • Helping to plan, organize, and coordinate promotional events.
  • Providing digital support through social media, email, and third-party platforms.
  • Coordination and Administration
  • Coordinating marketing projects and timelines.
  • Managing marketing merchandise and performing website updates.
  • Assisting with internal communications, such as newsletters.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Using and supporting digital marketing tools, including content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Monitoring online engagement and contributing to digital strategy improvements.
  • Social Media coodination & responsibility
  • Accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Website 
  • Create digital content
  • Monthly reporting on our social media activities 

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills.
  • Experience with editing tools ( Canva, Photoshop etc)
  • Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience:

  • Typically requires 1–4 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is generally preferred.
