Marketing Generalist

We are looking for a Marketing Generalist who is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role combines creativity, data-driven thinking, and strong coordination skills to deliver effective campaigns across multiple channels. This job is for Bonaire, therefore relocation is a must. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Create and manage content for social media, promotions, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance and improve results.
  • Manage digital advertising (e.g., social media and Google Ads).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support events, promotions, and brand activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor-level thinking/working ability (marketing or business preferred).
  • Experience in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
