Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Coordinate promotional activities and product awareness campaigns
- Assist with planning and executing educational and marketing events
- Brand Management & Communications
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and communications
- Create and coordinate promotional content, presentations, and communication materials
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives
- Support stakeholder communications and customer engagement activities
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage and update digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns
- Create engaging content tailored to target audiences
- Monitor digital marketing activities and recommend improvements to increase engagement
- Market Research & Performance Analysis
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and industry trends
- Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
- Support data-driven decision-making through research and analysis
Compliance & Administrative Support
- Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations
- Maintain marketing records, reports, and campaign documentation
- Provide additional support for marketing and business development initiatives as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamentu; Spanish is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
