Office & Store Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager who will oversee daily operations and quality of events. Developing strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the staff. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and quality



  • Manage incoming requests via e-mail, telephone, social media, website and in store
  • Manage materials for events
  • Manage inventory and working materials
  • Manage organization of products and coding
  • Manage cash register
  • Store look and displays
  • Manage customers service and website orders
  • Manage Social media Content
  • Manage Sales 
  • Manage Sales figures and come up with strategies to boost sales
  • Make collaborations with companies and hotels 
  • Planning logistics of delivery
  • Plan weekly activities
  • Manage in store events
  • Manage client database with personal contact to clients
  • Make Events planning
  • Make Events Concepts for clients (under supervision of owner)
  • Make Floorplan
  • Plan employees to work at events
  • Coordinate Events logistics
  • Make digital sales pitch and events look & feels  (under owner supervision)
  • Contact clients on open accounts
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
  • Research emerging products and use information to update the store’s merchandise
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
  • Conduct daily audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable
  • Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
  • Book daily sales in QuickBooks
  • Manage and sort event materials and warehouse 



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an office, events planning
  • Proficient at English, Dutch, Papiamentu, and Spanish. Both written and spoken
  • Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with tools such as Canva or other basic design tools.
