Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and driven Operations Administrator to play a key role in the accurate and timely processing of investment and treasury transactions. This position is critical to safeguarding financial integrity, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and minimizing operational and reputational risk. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of banking operations and excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where precision, accountability, and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer investment transactions, trade orders, and corporate actions.
  • Maintain and update investment portfolios and security profiles.
  • Execute and confirm treasury deals, including FX and deposit transactions.
  • Process fund transfers and correspondent bank payments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury and financial reports.
  • Reconcile custodian accounts and internal suspense accounts.
  • Monitor FX rates and market data updates.
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., FATCA/CRS, IRS reporting).
  • Ensure accurate and timely transaction settlements.
  • Provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including securities and treasury operations.
  • Strong knowledge of investment administration and core banking systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, privacy regulations).
  • Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
