Operations Engineer

We are looking for an Operations Engineer who will manage the warehouse operation for guaranteed customer loyalty and response time through process follow up. And makes sure that all matters relating to technical services are achieved in accordance with manufacture´s requirements, time, safe and within the budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse operation process for guaranteed customer satisfaction with a response time as needed.
  • Manage and follow up KPIs warehouse and service operations to improve the process
  • Develop weekly cyclical carry out inventory of warehouse parts to support commercial needs.
  • Manage the entire service process from when a customer request is accepted until the service is complete and invoiced.
  • Create the daily service scheduling based on customers’ requirements, technician’s availability, and technician´s capabilities.
  • Work with the commercial department in the preparation of service quotes
  • Make sure the services are done following the manufacturer´s standards and within budget.
  • Manage and ensure the optimal tools for the work
  • Review reports of repairs performed by technicians
  • Operate service vehicles under company standards and regulation
  • Actively participates in all the activities required in the implementation and maintenance of the HSEQ Management System.
  • All those functions inherent to the position performed.
  • Comply with the Policies, Standards, Procedures, Plans, Regulations established by the company.

Requirements

 

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or related degrees
  • Knowledge in reading electrical and hydraulic drawings. 
  • Knowledge of electricity principles. 
  • Knowledge of Diesel engines and gasoline will be considered an asset 
  • Computer field: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). 
  • Coordination Skills will be considered an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience in related positions
