In addition to identifying key opportunities and strategies to increase operational effectiveness, the individual will provide Project Management support in delivery of high-quality projects, on schedule and within budget. This may include, coordination, clear communication, project planning and meeting facilitation.
- Implement updates: Update information of the clients into the system.
- Insurance KYC forms: Reach out to clients, either via email or telephone call, to verify their details and if any form or information is missing to request this from the client.
- Filing: All client files need to be verified and copies of the property insurances need to be filed.
- Update Power Broker: This administration application needs to be updated.
- MBO degree with a focus in insurance, information technology, data science, business, or finance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years data analytics experience, project management or process improvement.
