We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Officer to improve service quality, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement for safe and reliable operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Support and improve the organization’s quality management system.
Implement quality policies and introduce process improvements.
Monitor compliance with rules, procedures, and standards.
Prepare quality reports, overviews, and research-related documentation.
Perform internal audits and identify workflow bottlenecks.
Follow external developments and assess their impact on the organization.
Organize and deliver quality training when needed.
Advise management on quality assurance and quality control topics.
Main Requirements:
Completed a Bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in Laboratory Science (HLO), Healthcare, or Quality Management.
Experience as a quality officer in a laboratory is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ISO 15189 and preferably experience as an internal auditor.
Able to work independently and well-organized.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
