What you’ll be doing
- Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
- Proactively match candidates to open vacancies
- Conduct intake interviews and guide candidates through the process
- Identify commercial opportunities and expand client accounts
- Take ownership of vacancies from intake to placement
- Ensure clear communication and high-quality service throughout

What we’re looking for
- MBO-level education (HR or commercial field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar commercial role
- Strong commercial mindset and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu
- Organized, driven, and eager to close placements
