Retail Sales Advisor (French side)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while helping customers find the products and services that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about building positive customer relationships while contributing to individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
  • Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and usage
  • Provide solutions that enhance the customer experience
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Educate customers on products, services, policies, and terms
  • Support customers with self-service tools and store processes

Retail Operations

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
  • Assist with product displays and store presentation
  • Support daily store operations and ensure a clean, organized environment
  • Attend training sessions and stay informed about products and promotions

Cash Handling & Administration

  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively
  • Process payments and customer transactions accurately
  • Reconcile cash balances and prepare deposits when required
  • Report end-of-shift cash balances and transaction information
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards

Requirements

  • MBO degree, High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
  • Reliable, professional, and responsible work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude toward sales
