Job Description
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers by going door to door;
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
Coordinate sales effort with team members;
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service;
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.
Qualifications
Strong commercial insight with hands on approach;
Experience with working in a high pressure, target driven environment;
Excellent expression in English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu (verbal and written);
Knowledge of local market;
Works co-operatively with others to achieve team goals;
Requires a strong knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in their field;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to take initiative and work independently;
Confident and charismatic approach to people.
