We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell a wide range of products and services to existing and potential clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will play a key role in achieving commercial goals and representing the company with professionalism and passion.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all sales activities in the field.
Maintain close relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify and approach new clients to expand the customer base.
Promote and sell (new) products and services.
Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales agreements in collaboration with colleagues.
Monitor credit, delivery, and loan agreements.
Analyze and report monthly sales statistics and translate results into clear objectives.
Collaborate with the finance department on payment arrangements.
Report and provide feedback to the commercial director.
Key Requirements:
MBO+/HBO-level education.
Strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu (Spanish is a plus).
Proven commercial mindset with a focus on customer service and results.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the field.
Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive attitude.
