We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Senior Sales Officer who excels in building strong client relationships and driving commercial success. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent service while identifying opportunities to grow and optimize business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify sales opportunities and actively promote products and services.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Process and follow up on applications, requests, and transactions.
  • Monitor customer data and ensure accurate administrative handling.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team performance.

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales, service, or commercial role.
  • Relevant diploma (MBO/HBO level or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of customer service and administrative processes.
  • Experience in a client-facing environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage.
