We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Senior Sales Officer who excels in building strong client relationships and driving commercial success. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent service while identifying opportunities to grow and optimize business performance.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify sales opportunities and actively promote products and services.
Handle client inquiries and provide tailored advice and solutions.
Process and follow up on applications, requests, and transactions.
Monitor customer data and ensure accurate administrative handling.
Contribute to process improvements and team performance.
Main Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales, service, or commercial role.
Relevant diploma (MBO/HBO level or equivalent).
Strong understanding of customer service and administrative processes.
Experience in a client-facing environment.
Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage.
