In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the back-end development of projects and the quality of the delivered back-end. Next to that, together with the team, you are responsible for the complete development process. Always delivering top-notch quality. The code for our online payment software is written in a timely and scalable way while ensuring strong optimization and security. Ultimately, your work will impact the code base of our products in a meaningful way. You'll be our go-to person for all PHP projects, and you'll be an integral part of the product team.
- At least 4 years of working experience as a Senior Software Engineer / PHP Developer in a comparable environment.
- You have experience with at least one PHP framework like Symfony or Laravel.
- You are proud of your work, and you are open to feedback.
- You have great communication and problem-solving skills.
- You share our enthusiasm for digital work, and you are convinced of your own knowledge and expertise. Despite this conviction, you have the drive to continue to learn and develop.
- Proficiency with test-driven development and unit testing.
- Previous experience with coaching and mentoring other developers.
