Shopfloor Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and organized Shopfloor Supervisor to support the daily operations of a retail store. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational and customer service skills, capable of coordinating teams, optimizing store processes, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

Operations & Store Management

  • Support the management team in organizing and optimizing daily store operations
  • Execute product replenishment activities and ensure correct product placement on the sales floor
  • Supervise operational areas, including cash desk activities, fitting rooms, online order collection, and customer service points
  • Manage omnichannel processes and ensure smooth execution of customer orders and store operations
  • Assist with the implementation of operational improvements, projects, and process updates
  • Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
  • Ensure store equipment and operational systems are functioning properly and follow up on technical issues
  • Plan daily operational activities to ensure adequate staffing and coverage throughout the store
  • Promote and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary to maintain high service standards

People Management & Team Development

  • Maintain effective communication with management and store teams
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members
  • Motivate employees and promote engagement across all store areas
  • Support the development and growth of the operational team
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and a positive working environment

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Promote a safe and secure environment for employees and customers
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of workplace safety procedures

Requirements
