Responsibilities
Operations & Store Management
- Support the management team in organizing and optimizing daily store operations
- Execute product replenishment activities and ensure correct product placement on the sales floor
- Supervise operational areas, including cash desk activities, fitting rooms, online order collection, and customer service points
- Manage omnichannel processes and ensure smooth execution of customer orders and store operations
- Assist with the implementation of operational improvements, projects, and process updates
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
- Ensure store equipment and operational systems are functioning properly and follow up on technical issues
- Plan daily operational activities to ensure adequate staffing and coverage throughout the store
- Promote and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary to maintain high service standards
People Management & Team Development
- Maintain effective communication with management and store teams
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members
- Motivate employees and promote engagement across all store areas
- Support the development and growth of the operational team
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and a positive working environment
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Promote a safe and secure environment for employees and customers
- Support the implementation and monitoring of workplace safety procedures
