Store Director

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Director to lead and elevate the overall performance of our retail location. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong commercial mindset, a deep appreciation for wines, and a proven ability to inspire teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Store Director will drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and build lasting customer relationships in a vibrant retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute promotional activities and in-store events.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product recommendations.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and cost control.
  • Implement effective merchandising and product display strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
  • Prepare staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of wines and wine regions (certification is a plus).
  • Experience in sales-driven environments with proven results.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.
