As a security guard, your primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling both interior and exterior areas. You will assist staff and visitors, always prioritizing exceptional service and quickly addressing any security concerns.
Key responsibilities:
provide excellent support and assistance to visitors
Enforce procedures, regulations, and standards
Respond quickly to critical situations/emergencies
Protect property by maintaining a safe environment
Monitor parking location
Managing entry to facilities while ensuring the safety of employees and visitors
Patrolling areas and performing security checks
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience as a security guard
Service and customer-oriented character
Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
Flexible to also be available for working different shifts, weekends and holidays when needed
Good knowledge of Papiamentu, Dutch, English and preferably Spanish
