Telesales Advisor

An energetic, driven and ambitious individual who enjoys dealing with people on a daily basis will fill this role. A Telesales Advisor will find creative and honest ways to meet and exceed sales targets daily, is keen about learning new techniques and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where products are dynamic and people are unpredictable. You will enjoy thinking on your feet to provide quick sales solutions.
Job purpose

To provide the best in class experience with each customer, providing them with solutions and recommendations that will satisfy their needs, creating positively memorable and outstanding service every time, while achieving individual and team targets in all range of services.
Responsible for promoting and selling CWC products and services that are both current and emerging through outbound calls. Generates revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach. Handles outbound telesales calls to existing, lapsed, and potential new customers. This will include cold calling to generate and follow up leads. Keep customers excited and offer additional products that complement their current services. 

Key Accountabilities
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings.
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have. 
  • Escalate customer concerns to relevant party for follow-up and resolution.
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Achieve sales quota.
  • Establish relationships with new customers and maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer.
  • Raise customer requests on the provisioning system.
  • Use CWC Telesales selling cycle to thoroughly explore customer’s needs and help them buy.
  • Be actively engaging with customers to help them buy.
  • Use questioning techniques aligned to the Telesales selling cycle to close sales.
  • Upsell at every opportunity to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Attend and participate in all Sales related training.
  • Use prescribed sales scripts when required.
  • Explain and educate customers on policies e.g. return policies, Service Level Agreements, Terms & Conditions.
  • Achieve telesales SLAs and KPIs for connectivity, conversion and Handling time.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

 

  • Minimum high school diploma or cxc Math and English
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to operate within a home office
