Responsibilities
Commercial & Visual Merchandising
- Execute commercial and visual merchandising strategies and guidelines
- Review new product arrivals and determine optimal product placement within the store
- Implement product rotation plans for both the sales floor and stockroom
- Ensure effective use of store space to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience
- Supervise product replenishment and maintain merchandise availability
- Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify improvement opportunities
- Utilize business reports, retail KPIs, and commercial tools to drive sales performance
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently maintained throughout the store
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain regular communication and provide feedback to management and store teams
- Support the development and growth of the commercial team
- Promote teamwork and effective collaboration across all store departments
- Assist with implementing commercial initiatives and operational improvements
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Support the implementation of workplace safety practices
- Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers
